By accessing or using PandaDict, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PandaDict.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use PandaDict only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription details, billing cycle, and price are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel renewal through your billing portal.

We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on PandaDict servers.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and related charges.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use PandaDict for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy substantial parts of the service without permission.
• Interfere with service availability, security, or normal operation.

PandaDict and its content, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

PandaDict is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dictionary content is for language learning and general information only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaDict is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may stop using PandaDict at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations, but mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect.
